Refund Policy
Any refund for medical services provided will be handled on an individual basis with circumstances of refund occurrence as the determining factor. A potential refund will be reviewed within 60 days after all insurance claim submissions have been processed and paid. Any qualified refund will be released within 60 days of final insurance payment where applicable.
