Tanya has an extensive background in the Healthcare arena, covering both clinical experience and business experience with providers and payors.

Tanya’s career began with a degree in Nursing and quickly moved from pediatric oncology nursing to the business side of Healthcare. She has worked at local, regional, and national levels with such companies as Johnson and Johnson, HCA, National Medical Care, and Pediatrix Medical Group.

Tanya has a true skill for seeing the complex and simplifying it, creating and holding the vision, quickly building rapport and garnering enrollment from many levels. She excels in making things happen for people and organizations.
