Dr. Dorothy Mitchell- Leef
Women’s Telehealth provides reproductive endocrinology services via telemedicine for women and men experiencing trouble conceiving. We provide screenings, diagnosis, and consultation for all causes of infertility, and we will work with you to determine the best treatment to resolve these issues.
Through telemedicine, we schedule visits with board-certified reproductive endocrinologists for screenings, diagnosis and treatment for both female factor and male factor infertility issues, or a combination of both. Female factor infertility issues include ovulation disorders, tubal blockage or damage, endometriosis, uterine or cervical problems, and hormonal disorders. Approximately half of infertility problems can be attributed to male related issues, which include sperm disorders, ejaculation disturbances, structural abnormalities, and immunologic disorders.
Women’s Telehealth will coordinate with your local obstetrician to determine the underlying causes of infertility and recommend the best treatment to help with conception. We work with your local provider to conduct all your screenings, blood and lab work. Screenings can be completed in your local provider’s office through telemedicine, alleviating added inconvenience to an already difficult situation. When your diagnosis is confirmed, we will coordinate the transfer of care to the proper infertility facility for treatment. We facilitate treatment for procedures such as in vitro fertilization (IVF) and artificial insemination. We are committed to providing the best care possible throughout your journey of creating a family.
